Director, Survivor Services Operations

Tesa joined the staff in 2017 after years of service as a phenomenal volunteer while we were just a crazy idea. As the Director of Survivor Success Operations, she oversees all our programs and services, including Residential Services and our New Beginnings Campus. Since its 2018 launch, she also has managed the success of Thistle Lights, our survivor-led small business that offers residents short-term job training opportunities. Tesa also is actively involved in our robust community engagement activities.
